Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.
Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship with FREE shipping — no minimum purchase required and no promo code needed. Estimated delivery time after your order has been processed is 7–10 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. All international orders also ship free. Please note:
- International orders may take additional time for delivery depending on the destination country and customs processing
- You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country's government. ShapeRack is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@shaperack.com.
5. Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. ShapeRack is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to incorrect address, unclaimed, or refused delivery), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. If reshipment is not requested within 30 days, we reserve the right to issue a refund minus the original shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package shows as "delivered" by the carrier, ShapeRack is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend:
- Using a secure delivery location
- Adding delivery instructions for the carrier if needed
- Contacting the carrier directly to file a claim for lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows your package has not been delivered within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@shaperack.com, and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
8. Order Modifications & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at support@shaperack.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has entered the fulfillment process, modifications and cancellations may not be possible.
9. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, please understand that shipping delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- High order volume during sales or holiday seasons
- Carrier service disruptions
- Severe weather or natural disasters
- Customs processing for international orders
We appreciate your patience in these situations and will keep you informed of any significant delays.
