Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At ShapeRack, we want you to love your shapewear. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we offer a return and refund process for eligible items. Please read this policy carefully before making a return request, as specific conditions and procedures must be followed.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached
  • The item must be in its original, unused condition with no signs of wear, stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear, panties, and thongs
  • Intimate bodysuits that have been tried on without the hygienic liner
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at the time of purchase
  • Items purchased with a discount code of 25% or greater
  • Gift cards
  • Bundled items (unless the entire bundle is returned)
  • Items that show any signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage not caused by shipping

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, you must follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us First: Email our customer service team at support@shaperack.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  2. Receive a Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 3–5 business days.
  3. Package Your Return: Carefully repackage the item(s) in the original packaging. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the Return: Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in your return instructions. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  5. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from your refund amount on all approved returns. This fee covers the cost of inspection, processing, and restocking of returned merchandise.

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval
  • The refund amount will be the purchase price of the item(s), minus the 15% restocking fee and any original shipping charges
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@shaperack.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the damage or defect
  • A description of the issue

We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion. The restocking fee does not apply to approved claims for damaged or defective merchandise.

9. Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at support@shaperack.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the stated timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take additional time for the refund to post
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often a processing period before a refund is posted
  4. If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@shaperack.com
